My drawing is inspired by a lot of the runs I go on by the riverside cemetery. I typically go every Saturday, and I see the same father and his daughter going on walks and getting to see them every week, saying hello, smiling at one another. It gives me hope, really, just for the strong sense of community in Lewiston and how you can make friends with anyone you encounter.
