What I painted was just an autumnal scene with snow and autumn colors and a sunset. I think that I find this time of year [October] very helpful. And that… I like to think of. Well, and especially being the painting being on dead wood. I… in the autumn, as things are going to sleep and dying. I always see that as the seeds of a new light. And, um, the start of something, the slumber before the start of something fresh and new. So, I find that hopeful.
