Smith Family

So the reason why I drew the Bates Football, and then I put Smith family, because it's been a big part of our lives. We became a part of the Bates Football family last year. Our son is 10, and he was born with Spina Bifida, and he's become a part of the team. And so we come down and we come to practices. We're allowed to come to all of the games and sit on the sidelines through Team Impact. It's a program called Team Impact. And they're the ones that set us up with the Bates College football team and Coach Coyne has welcomed us in and involved us with a lot of different things. And so we enjoy coming down here and being a part of the football family, and we're thankful.
