Tamanda
I drew the logo of Naima restaurant because it's one of the places that gives me a lot of hope, even the person who owns it, Fatuma, was the first community organizer in Maine. And as an African woman, that's just someone I look up to a lot, and who has shown me community but also just being able to go to Lisbon Street, like after classes, you know, get meals, and there's always, like an uncle, like, giving you a free banana, or something like that. It's really just in the small ways, they do a lot in giving us community. Oh, that's wonderful. You said it's called Naima. It's called Naima. Yeah, it's on Lisbon Street. The number is poorly drawn onto the art, but I hope they can feel the love from the art, you know.
